36 hour chocolate chip cookies: part 1

It’s finally Friday! Which only means one thing: tomorrow is Saturday, which means it’s almost my cheat day. Nom nom nom. I’ve been craving cookies all week long and have been scouring blogs looking for delicious recipes. I came across this recipe, which requires chilling the dough for 36 hours before baking. That meant I had to start preparing these cookies on Thursday. It was torture, pure torture, every time I opened the fridge and saw that bowl full of cookie dough. I just wanted to eat it! I plan on baking half of it and saving the other half to eat raw. Tune in Monday to see the final result!
